Camping  In The Park

Grand Teton National Park offers five locations of  camping options within the Park.  
From the developed parks at Jenny Lake, and Colter Bay to the rustic options at Lizard Creek,  every level of wilderness experience is available.
Camping at most of the parks in the Grand Teton National Park offers views of the Grand Teton Mountains and their year round glaciers.  The 12,000 and 13, 000 foot elevation of the Teton Range ensure winter temperature at the peaks throughout the year.
Grand Teton National Park is dominated by the 12,000 and 13, 000 foot peaks of the Teton Range.. Elk and deer roam the park with little fear of visitors.
Yellowstone National Park is to the north.  
Yellowstone Lake can be reached from Grand Teuton Colter Bay after an hour or so drive of 60 miles

Camping, Tent, and RV Options:
Colter Bay Village on Jackson Lake offers 350 sites. A combination of tent sites and pull thrus, cabin tents and cabins with a dump station and marina.  The park is located on the edge of the lake and has great views of the Grand Tetons and their year-round mantles of glacial ice. A general store, laundry, showers, and Marina make this a good family option

Camping For active outdoors vacationers: Lizard Creek Campground
This tent and RV park 32 miles north of Moose has a 30 foot length limit  There are 60 sites in a fir and spruce forest adjacent to Jackson Lake.  The park rarely fills.    Open early May to mid October

Grand Teton Rustic Tent-Only Campground:
Jenny Lake Campgrounds is a tent only campsite with 51 sites wooded sites on Jenny Lake.  The popular campground located 8 miles north of the town of Moose will fill by noon .
Single vehicle limit, less than 14 feet. Open mid May to end of August  (800) 628-9988
Colter Bay Campground,  350 Sites, RV and Tent, Rarely fills.  dump station, Located on the shore of Jackson Lake Store, Laundry, Gas station groceries nearby

Flagg Ranch Campground 175 sites  RV, camper, and Tent
five miles north of the limit of Grand Teton National Park. Some full hook-up RV sites with 20 amp power. 800- 443-2311  
Gros Venture Campground
Twelve miles southeast of the town of Moose.  The campground is adjacent to the Gros Venture River with 360 sites for tents, camper, and RV.  There is a dump station.  The park rarely fills.  Open May to early September  (800) 628-9988

Jenny Lake Campground

Signal Mountain Campground

Eighty one Tent RV, Camper sites with a dump station.  Vehicle limit 30 feet.
Located 16 miles north of  Jenny Lake, the popular park with nearby camp store and a marina, fills by mid afternoon.   800-672-6012
